From 10 am, follow the ceremonies of commemoration of the Bastille Day with the passage of the French Patrol in the air above the Arc de Triomphe, the parade of the various military corps, the descent of the Champs Elysees by President Emmanuel Macron. The July 14 parade is a tradition that has its origins in the Third Republic. It refers to the taking of the Bastille by the revolutionaries. But it is also a way for France to show off its armies after the defeat against the Prussians. To admire the festivities, you can follow the event from the Champs Elysées avenue and the Place de la Concorde.
The classical music concert
Classical music lovers, go to the gardens of the sumptuous Champs-de-Mars in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. From 9:15 pm, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, great names in classical music will gather to offer spectators a unique symphonic concert. Organized by the Orchestre National de France, the Maîtrise and the Chœur de Radio France and presented by Stéphane Bern, the show will be broadcast live on France 2. This will be followed by a grandiose fireworks display from the Trocadero. Free access without reservation.

The fireworks of July 14th in Paris
